Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 1/8 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/8 cup finely diced onion
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- Parsley flakes
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley flakes, garlic, salt, pepper, and green chiles. Form into patties.
Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once (if you're really good).
